School of Environmental Design at the University of Georgia

Welcome to 2008 and the 80th Anniversary year of the School of Environmental Design. Once again we are excited to extend you an invitation to attend our annual Alumni Weekend activities on April 18th and 19th. This year's celebration focuses on sustainability and the lasting impact of our exceptionally ranked programs here at UGA. The slate of weekend activities and presentations has been carefully crafted to present a compelling look at topics and issues of sustainability within the professions of Landscape Architecture and Historic Preservation. We also look forward to hosting a wide range of alumni from 1948 - 2007. In fact, on the afternoon of the 18th, the Class of '68 is poised to hold a student and alumni forum discussing their varied careers, experiences and opportunities within the profession over the past 40 years. Another highlight will be the annual banquet featuring alumni, students, faculty and donors, while honoring many of our award recipients. The SEDAA is looking forward to a truly informative, fun and meaningful Alumni Weekend, and we hope that you will make every effort to join us!
