For Students Graduate Assistantships: The Center for Community Design and Preservation hosts a number of graduate students from the MHP and MLA programs throughout the academic year. The number of graduate assistants varies from year to year and is dependent upon available funding. Students interested in a graduate assistantship should submit a resume for review and schedule an appointment to meet with Pratt Cassity. Students should also consult with their Graduate Program Coordinator regarding departmental assistantship opportunities and assignment procedures. Graduate Hosting: The Center for Community Design and Preservation occasionally hosts graduate students working on grants, internships and independent studies. Students with their own sources of funding and in need of colloraboration should contact Pratt Cassity regarding available opportunities and resources. FINDIT! Surveyors: The FINDIT! program employs a number of graduate students throughout the academic year and during the summer. Students are typically recruited after completion of their first year in the Masters of Historic Preservation program and begin work during the summer. Student surveyors document and catalog historic properties throughout the state of Georgia. Interested applicants should contact Melissa Roberts regarding opportunities.
